About Project
When Café 44 in Alexandria, VA needed a construction partner to rebrand and expand their existing 2200 SF space into the 8200 SF Jula’s On the Potomac concept, they selected TEEL Construction. The phased project included a full gut and build-out of an existing 4th-floor office space, converting it into a high-end restaurant, prior to the full renovation of the existing space (Café 44). The custom dining area ceilings and millwork were integrated to create one large new space. The project also features high-end stainless steel overhead bar gantries and a private dining wine room to showcase unique selections from around the world. Extensive structural modifications were required to support the new topping slab and state-of-the-art kitchen.
