An office space build-out for the nationwide information technology firm CapTech, this project was completed on an accelerated 8-week timeline to meet the tenant’s lease expiration deadline. Working alongside Architecture Incorporated, the team delivered a modern and functional workspace featuring Transwall glass office fronts, high-end finishes, and exposed ceilings, creating an open and airy environment. As part of the build-out, strategic design elements were incorporated to enhance collaboration and efficiency within the space.
